How will you get my size/style? 

After ordering a hand picked box, an email with the "Size and Style Questionaire" will be sent to you. Answering these questions will help me understand your preferences, sizes, and so much more. Filling out the form is the easiest way for me to give you a box that you will be happy with! 

How long does it take to thrift the box? 

It should take no longer than 2 weeks at most to thrift your order. Most orders will be ready to ship within a week. 

Is there a refund policy? 

Due to the polices of most thrift stores not allowing the return of items purchased, there is no refunds when purchasing a hand picked thrift box. 

What demographics do you style? 

At this time we only style Women's clothing sizes Xs-4x. 

How does shipping work? 

Each box will be shipped using USPS flat rate boxes. The flat rate is going to always be set on the different sizes of boxes. The benefits however is that it includes tracking, a weight up to 70 pounds and a faster delivery date of 1-3 days.
